Guys we have 4 parts in our abs, those are not the direct parts of our abs, but they are very essential for our abs growth. So let's come on, start the exercises. We train all the parts by only one best exercise.
1. Upper Abs(Normal Crunches)
At first you should lay down on the floor and keep your hands behind your head. Then bend your knees and lift your head and shoulder blades. This exercise hits not only your rectus abdominus muscle, but your entire core. breath out when you lift your upper body portion and breath in when you reset your body. 2. Lower Abs(Leg Raise)

3. External Obliques(Side Plank)
Guys now you should train your external oblique muscles. Many of us never do the side planks, as they feel boring in this form. But guys our body store all the fats in our oblique areas first. So lay down with your right elbow and right leg. And then lift your waist area and hold it for 50 to 60 seconds. Ultimately you will get a very hard contraction in your external obliques. 4. Internal Obliques(Bicycle Crunches)
Internal Obliques are known as love handle also. We know love handle fats are too stubborn to burn. So today we have the most effective exercise for all over the core especially the Obliques, the Bicycle Crunches. You should lay down upon the ground and fold your knees up to your chest.
