Warm Up Exercises

WARM UP



Friends, after doing all the stretching exercises you should start some warm up exercises.
Though warm up exercises are a little bit cardio-type, these are very effective.

Let's come to warm up...

1. Jumping Jacks

You can easily make out how to do this. This can give a great flexibility to your shoulders, legs, thigh and your toes. You should do this for 2-3 minutes.

 2. Alternative High Kicks


This is the easiest exercise. You have to kick with your left and right legs alternatively, up to the height you can easily reach. You can take a little weight in hand and copy this GIF. You should do this for 1-2 minutes.

3. Alternative Toe Touch Kicks


This exercise is very effective for your gastrocnemius muscle and trap muscles. You have to touch your toes of left and right leg. It will help you to keep straight your spinal chord. You should do this for 30-60 seconds only.

4. Upper Body Twist (Russian Twist)


You can see this exercise in the GIF by clicking here   click here. You can say this exercise as Russian Twist. This is quite difficult, but you can place your legs upon the floor. It will give high strength to your waist and back muscles. You should do this for 30-60 seconds.

5. Round Like Ball (Somersault)

Friends, You can easily do this, it is the funny exercise, but very effective. You can roll half, like the GIF, or full round. They both are effective for waist, belly muscles and a little of your hand muscles (biceps, triceps, etc). You can do this for 30-60 seconds.
